How / Where to download older versions?

Hello, I installed the new version 14.10.1 but it doesn't work. The scan for content doesn't do anything so I would like to get back to an older version that was working fine but I can't find it on this site and I don't trust random sites. I had version 13 something before upgrading and I had no issues. Thank you.

All releases except the latest (for patreons) are there.
What is wrong with the scan? could you post logs of this to make sure there is not a bug here.
There are a couple of bugs in this version that have just been fixed for 14.11.0 relating to empty folders.
14.9.0 should not be effected by some of them.
