I used TVersity for 15 years or something like that, but can't install anymore on new PC ... so I'm here now
Actually i need to login into a Windows Account to start UMS, but there must be a way to start the media server without a login or not?

There is an option to install UMS as a service that will be active before login, but this can cause conflicts when UMS is run again after login on as the service is using the ports and database so this is not recommended for most people.
In your case this may be exactly what you need if no users log in.
You can activate this in the old settings (right click the tray icon and select old) here

You may need to disable "start with windows" too to prevent it running again if logged on but not sure.

Perfect, the service thing was the solution, thank you so much, would never have found it myself in such a short time
I deactivated "Start on Windows" btw.
If anyone wanna test it with the option enabled, go for it and report the result
But I don't think it should affect the thing because of the single instance option.
