followed directions-many situations where bug is reproduced, yet not zipable because of:
random crashes and everything that goes along with that.

an update:
the next files reflect skipping. a lot of it, constantly pausing, rewinding, playing, repeat.

WOW
my issues must be sooo incredible that there is nothing but silence in response.
I guess my issues are so illegitimate that they don't warrant a response--OR--i've stumped the developers so much that they are rendered speechless--or--i'm being punished for criticism. i'm guessing the latter.

I can guarantee that your not being punished at all. I'm sure someone will get to your logs when they get time. Please remember, all assistance (and development/website admin/debuging etc) is given in our own time. We try to get to everyone, but like everyone else thats helps here, we have job's too. Please be patient

Well, i appreciate that info.
i have another debug file...
In this situation i get skipping-i think that's what one may call it-yeah, probably. Anyway whenever it's running, it seems that when i quit, it doesn't shut down completely. also, i'll have many instances of mencoder.exe running--and this isn't even from quitting or even restarting the server-which i noticed happened at one time.
thanks in advance

Monica Jae, I've asked for another opinion about your logs. There's alot of stuff in them, i'm still trying to sift through and figure out what could be the issue. Have you uninstalled UMS, uninstalled Java and update with the latest version (which i would recommend the 64bit only version if you use win 8 64bit) and did a clean install of UMS. Worth a shot
