panasonic TX-P50ST50E external subtitles mkv
Hello all,
Very impressive work with this server.
I have a panasonic TX-P50ST50E smart TV. Normally I use twonky server for playing .mkv files, but I found that UMS is a lot better.
Still I have a few problems,
1 townky sends to my TV both internal and external subtitles, UMS sends just the internal in no transcoding mode. What can I do?
2. If I use transcode mode external subtitles play nice, but resolution sent to my tv is not original one, and I have to alter it from the TV. If I choose on the TV menu to show the original resolution, the TV will show a half screen picture even with full hd resolution video.
I've attach the full log file.
Thx for help.

Re: panasonic TX-P50ST50E external subtitles mkv
Please set debug to trace and try to stream some .mkv video with external subtitles. Then try use FFmpeg for transcoding to recognize if the problem with the video resolution is also there. And finally please send the debug log.
