Hi all,

I am currently using the latest UMS Beta with a view to using it with my Chromecast.

Using the Android/Chromecast conf file from the forums, I can get playback on the Chromecast flawlessly, but seeking doesn't work - it just takes you back to the start of the video.

I had this issue with the latest stable build using BubbleUPnP Server alongside it too, and the team from Bubble said that this was a UMS bug.

Is this likely to be fixed soon or is there a workaround?

If it is Chromecast specific for example, perhaps I could disable the renderers and allow Bubble to take over?

Sorry to bump, but the issue is still present in the v4 final release.

I saw a mention of it by a user making custom renderer files for chromecast, but can't find anything official.

I'm not sure a log will be needed if this is a known problem? I'm using two media servers now but would very much prefer to just be using ums.

Is it a known issue and /or being worked on?
