web interface HTML support PS4

I was wondering if it was possible to make a web interface that uses only HTML5 for videos instead of Adobe Flash?? If this were possible UMS would work on PS4 since I'm able to access it with the web interface using the following link "your ip:9001/web/index.html" using the PS4s browser
Edit: I was able to play a video located on my PC that was gameplay captured from my PS4 and it seemed to play it quite well using the web interface
is there perhaps a transcoding setting that could make more file format supported? Also, UMS seems to detect the PS4 as well when using the web interface
