Subtitle Font Size

Hello,
I have just changed my computer's hdd and upgraded to Windows 8. I don't have a problem about streaming media with subtitles. However, I can't change the subtitle size now. I want to see it bigger size, and changed the font scale on transcoding settings but everytime the ums is streaming the same little size.
