UMS / P3MS problem with Vob subs.

For some reason - Vob subtitles blink / flash. Is there any way to fix this? The current release I am watching ONLY has Vob subtitles, and they flash, it's distracting. Testing on my PC, they do not flash, so is there some Media server setting I can use?
By the way, great work here, I just tried it out after a year of the last PS3M server and noticed it's generally much better at transcoding, my maximum before was 122 bitrate, with this 280/s, alot faster, less stutter, easier to fast forward, that jazz, so thanks.
