Cannot get videos to play on LG TV

I am using Mac OS X 10.9.5 with a LG Smart TV running 04.36.28. I have tried using UMS 4.2.1 and 5.0 alpha 1 with the same results. I am able to play MP3s, but I cannot play any MKV files or AVI files. This had worked previously. Attached is my support bundle.
