UMS running, Turn on PS3...

If UMS is running and I then turn on my PS3, I have to restart UMS and then do a search for media servers on PS3 to connect to UMS. I have tried shutting down my antivirus and firewall and it still does this. UMS 4.2.1, Windows 7, wired ethernet connection, forced IP of 192.168.1.2 and port 5010 (5001 was used)
