How to stream h.265 video?

I tried to stream a video that use h.265, to ps3 and raspberry pi with raspbmc (xbmc distribution), but on raspberry if I try to open this video using ffmpeg, or vlc, or mencoder transcoding, I can listen only the audio and video isn't shown, instead on ps3 I get an error with all transcoder when try to open the video. I know latest ffmpeg support h.265, so: why it doesn't work?
