Can't play media files on Sony Bravia W950B TV.

I've tried versions 4.2.0, 4.2.2 and 4.0.3. I can see the media files on the TV but when I select it, nothing plays. I've had no problem playing these exact files on my Sony Bravia EX700 tv. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have a sony bravia kdl50w700b - I can see the UMS and file but tv can't play the files?
Any idea on what's going on?
