Trying to conned with PS3, "No renders were found"

I've checked the faq and have been googling for a few hours and cant seem to find anything that solves my problem.

I've Tried:
Disabling my firewall & forwarding my ports

forcing networking on interface, force IP of the server, Use an IP filter.

Installing & uninstalling windows service, restarting PC, UMS, PS3, & router.

Looking though the logs myself, I haven't been able to find anything meaningful.

When I set Log Level: trace, the last line to appear in the window is Created socket: (ip)

I've attached my debug files as requested.

I'm on W8.1 if that makes a difference.

Only thing missing is UPnP is Enabled in router settings, correct?

I'm having this exact same issue except with an Xbox 360. Nothing seems to work at all. Latest Java version installed, router configured for UPnP, all that jazz.

This is a weird one fellahs. I take it when you click on "Search for Media Servers" a big fat ZERO shows up, unless you use Windows and the Windows shows up as 1.

Also, I just remembered something. About 3 years ago or so my PS3 couldn't be found for a few minutes. I decided to do a Windows Update. BingoBango.... something was updated, rebooted and it worked!
