How can i use IPTV .m3u Playlist Files with UMS

I found those Files :
http://01.gen.tr/HasBahCa/brasil.m3u
http://01.gen.tr/HasBahCa/amerika_latino.m3u

but i don't know how to get this working with UMS on my PS3.
