Avisynth/MEncoder generates avs file UTF-8 Encoding

UMS-4.3.1 generates avs script file UTF-8 encodings...
avisynth script / DirectShowSource function does not support file path in UTF-8, only ANSI
target file path or filename contains UTF-character (example : Japanese-Kanji)
avs file generates in the UTF-8 encoding,
so avisynth fails open an source file...
please fix generation routine..
