MKV 720p x264 No Inputstream

All,
I seem to be having this problem with all 720p x264 MKV files that I have, where they won't play with the error "This content cannot be played."
I've had this problem with multiple versions of Playstation Media Server too, but I cannot find any sort of resolution for this. Does anyone have ANY ideas?
If I go to the TRANSCODE directory and select 'MEncoder', the file plays. tsMuxeR and FFmpeg do not.
Also, I'm running v1.6 from Ubuntu.
