Unable to bind to 1900

Hi

Mac OSX10.01, Sony SMP-N100

I have my HD partitioned and on one of them is a clean OS X 10.10 and the main partition is my normal startup drive with 10.10.01. I have no trouble using UMS on my clean partition, but I can't get my startup drive to find the render of my SMP-N100 .

I keep getting, Unable to bind to 1900, which means that PMS will not automatically appear on your renderer! This usually means that another program occupies the port. Please stop the other program and free up the port. PMS will keep trying to bind to it...[Address already in use]

I've tried changing ports along with finding and killing everything I think my be a problem, but.....

I've attached my debug report.

If you can find the answer please let me know, if not, how can I find what's using the port or suggest other configurations?

Thanx, Nick

It appears my problem was the new java needs a special UMS to run properly. Right now I'm using UMS 4.40 at

http://sourceforge.net/projects/unimedi ... es/OS%20X/

Pick the one that fits your needs and the version of Java your using.

Hmm, makes no sense. Thats the standard version, Java 7, that I build. Glad it's working :)
