Ums ps3 not connecting after formating windows 8.1

hi i m using ums for past 6months, but last week my win8 aio gave automatic repair loop as reset it recovery cd which s the only option , after that installed connecitfy for wifi and ums ps3 connects to internet but cant detect ums vice versa , i followed many solution available in this forum for the past 5days nothing works , but when i open ums to it makes my ps3 green led blink but fails to recognize , if some one free to check via Teamviewer it would be very helpful , i need ums thank u
