Videos are not loading.

I have downloaded today Universal Media Server in version 5.0.0 to try streaming from my PC to my Samsung HT-F4550 Home Theater. I have installed UMS without any problems, added directory I want to share. I can see on my Samsung UMS and can connect to it. I can even open the folder, but when I select the video, it won't load - it is stuck on loading. I have tried PS3 Media Server, movies were loading without any problems, but external subtitles were not working, therefore I wanted to switch to UMS. Could anyone please assist me on this? Thank you. I am attaching screenshot and debug files. Thank you.

Hello SubJunk,

Thank you for coming back to me. I have installed the version you have provided to me. What I have noticed is that logo has changed on the main screen. There is actually some Samsung product shown, instead of NetGear. I was able to connect again to my Home Theater as before. When I have tried to open one file, it was again stuck on Loading and afterwards with message - File not supported - .mp4, then automatically switched to next one, again .mp4 and that one worked. Problems:

- my counter on Home Theater doesn't count the minutes and seconds, it is stuck on 0:00:00
- I cannot rewind the video
- subtitles are not loading

I am attaching to the reply also the debug log.

Thank you again for your support. Hopefully we will be able to make it work.

You didn't follow the Forum rules on the top of this page and didn't set the Log Level to TRACE. So there are not information in the log we need. Can you try it again and before that untick the HTTP Engine 2 at the General configuration page?

You are right, I am sorry. Unticked HTTP Engine 2 as suggested and set the log level to trace. Attached is the .zip file with the logs.

Exact same problem, except target is a roku 3. (Win 7 64, webroot secureanywhre, Win 7 firewall, AMD 6300, 16Gb)
