[Solved] TVs can no longer see UMS

Installed UMS yesterday for the first time replacing my customized PS3Media Server and things looked promising. I was able to set it up and run for 3-6 hours without an issue. Restarting numerous times for changes. Then, something broke.
While UMS can see my three Samsung SmartTVs, the TVs cannot see UMS.
What didn't work so far:
Decided to reinstall (not clean) to see if problem cleared up as I suspected that perhaps something (namely installation of the source code) was interfering with the original installation, which I had done since the original install.
Re-did install with clean install. No difference. The TVs can not see UMS but UMS reports the TVs.
Tried specifying the interface, IP address, port as these were issues with PS3Media server since I had multiple subnets. Nothing.
Started Wireshark and I can see that packets are going from the TV to UMS (74 bytes in length) but I see nothing from UMS. CORRECTED: Trace is now showing pings and responses.
Strange thing is that this was working fine until something changed within UMS. I have made no system changes in months to my PC. To repeat myself, a clean install did not fix the problem which is very strange. The only difference from this clean install and the previous would be that the source code had been downloaded via UMSBuilderV2.5a.
Two things look strange in the log file to me that I know nothing about.
1. These may be nothing. The uuid shown is that of UMS, or It could be the whole issue.

Addendum: I have no problems with my modified version of PS3media server as that is still working. The issue is not a network issue nor something wrong with my PC.
