Samsung Allshare MKV Audio Issue

Hi,
*I think I had this in the wrong section. Moving here*
First, love the product. Keep up the great work.
Second, since migrating from PMS to UMS I've noticed a problem where mkv files now have an audio problem on my Samsung PN59D550.
The file plays normally but from time to time, sometimes 30 seconds or sometimes 3 minutes, the audio will drop/jitter/pop/lower and then slowly gain to normal volume again (over 2-3 seconds). Mp4 playback has no issue.
It is using the Samsung AllShare C/D renderer and I've been troubleshooting with various audio options in the settings/gui and playing with the render file as well but still this happens. On a GB wired network between host server and TV.
I'm not seeing anything abnormal to me in the logs between the start/stop events.
Attaching log file where I am attempting different config/options trying to play Once.Upon.a.Time.S04E13.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION.mkv and getting same results of audio pop/drop.
Attaching latest UMS.conf as well.
This affects all MKVs I've tried.
There is no strain on the system:
i5 3.20GHz
16GB RAM
64 bit Win 7 Ultimate
Thanks in advance.
