Hi there

I have a problem that seems to be relatively common. I got the PS3 and PMS to talk to each other once only - for about 10min, then just stopped working completely mid-movie. I have since tried upgrading to UMS, with no success.

I have a PS3, and I'm running UMS on win7 64. PS3 is connected to router using wired connection via EoP. I have tried the wireless connection - no dice. I have tried opening ports and confirmed that they are not the problem, have tried turning off my firewall, etc. not sure what else to try. PS3 can see mediatomb (a media server), which is running on my NAS on the same network, as well as windows media player as a media server when I open it on the same pc that I'm running UMS on. PS3 can also connect to internet.

This don't make no sense!

Sorry for the issue. We are working on it. Some users are reporting that UMS 4.4.0 connects better

Hey man, thanks for taking a look. I didn't know 5.1.2 came out, only just tried 5.1.1.1 last week. I'll try both 5.1.2 and 4.4.0 and get back to you
