Error Loading MediaInfo Library-5.1.1 and MP3s wont play (only 5.1.x) and MKV have sound issues(both 4.4.0 and 5.1.x)

ITunes and MP3's working with 4.4.0, since upgrading to 5.1.1 have had issues all MP3s don't play:

[just 5.1.1]
-see errors about Media Info library not loading in log at startup 5.1.1
-itunes library DLNA protocol error seen on PS3 wont play songs at all, all songs are MP3

[this is for BOTH 4.4.0 and 5.1.x].
-MKV with default engine FFMPEG have audio just buzzing, when selecting FFMPEG AC-3 in transcode folder audio is fine

I uninstalled UMS, cleaned up any items left over, ran CCleaner to clean reg entires, uninstall Java, reboots in between, re-install of java 8 tried both x64 and 32 bit, grabbed UMS for Java 8, nothing has worked to solve issues. wanted to grab debugs in trace level before going back to 4.4.0. My Itunes library is over on the D drive, not C. Itunes works just fine itself, worked just fine with 4.40. >20K files all MP3.

I went back to 4.4.0 confirmed that ITunes plays on PS3, any song any way all MP3 play-playlists, by artist, etc. Upgraded and Confirmed in 5.1.1 that mediainfo library has error and no MP3 will play with ITunes checked to show library. In 4.4.0 mediainfo library loads and ITunes can be played on PS3->HDMI into receiver.

Looking at dependencies link the mediainfo two DLLs are older versions in 5.1.1 than 4.4.0? weird, however the time stamp on those dependencies is 9-2014 so likely not to date...

5.1.1 is not usable...if cant play MP3 .
