[Solved] No Files in WMP and Android and only photos on XBOX360

I have a couple of problems with UMS 5.1.1.1 which i have bundled up in this one report but can split out if required. I have not tried any other variants of 5.*
I have just installed 5.1.1 on a new clean windows 7 64bit build, previously used 4.2.1 on XP without issue. The UMS is as out of the box with the only real change being all engines installed and enabled
I have set my shared folders and they play fine on PS3, Web Browser and Android Rockplayer but on a couple of renderers I am getting unusual behaviour.
WMP and Samsung Android System Video Player
when trying to view the files through my default Android video player (Samsung Galaxy S5 on 5 lollipop) the renderer returns "no files have been found in this remote library" (WMP) and "After you have shared videos on the connected devices, they will be shown here" (Android). With WMP it is true of both remote machines and on the server itself. This is true of all videos, music and photos.
Microsoft XBOX360
While viewing the UMS menu through an XBOX360 System Video Player, only Photo directories are available (All Photos, By ISO, By Date, By Device) and all media present is showing as unplayable with none of the actual videos available.
This is not a firewall issue as I have allowed full access to both Java and UMS within the firewall as well as trying this with the firewall turned off. I have no AV installed on this machine yet besides Defender which comes as standard on post Vista MS OSs.
I have included my debug files which were taken from a period while accessing from WMP, Android, PS3 (Good result) then XBOX360 and an LG smart TV (good result)
I would also like to add that when trying to pass through Ginko DNLA player on Android to both Default System Player and Rockplayer2 (this works standalone but was doing this as a test), the file starts sharing but does not progress in the player. However this is a non standard setup and did it just out of curiosity.
A bit more info on my build.
