Version 5.1.2 No Input Stream
This is a reoccurring issue thought to be linked to others but now I believe not.
It is intermittent on V512 J6 & J8. It was working yesterday in J8 but today both fail. Isolated this test to one file only: V512J6/8, Restart Server does not fix it as it has in the past (logs previously posted), V510J8 works fine.
Both logs attached (no J6 due to another error)

[Solved] Version 5.1.2 No Input Stream
This is due to the failed bitrate test:
- Reading MaxVideoBitrateMbps: "25"
MacPro5,1 - 2.8 GHz, 32 GB, 20TB, OS X 10.11.6,
