Seriously, how does the live subtitle work?

Ok, if I get this right, live subtitle will automatically download the subtitle of what I'm watching (as someone who's trying to help someone learn english, that's so damn awesome). I did the steps I could find in the FAQ (emptying the Audio/subtitle language priority so that we get subtitles no matter what), but alast, nothing shows up. I'm using a pc with windows 7, with a ps4.

I'm honestly down to donate to this program if I can get this working. This is life changer for me. Haha. Thanks in advance, love and all that.

Sorry, but not using live subtitles on my side. Maybe someone else using that feature may guide you and confirm it works (or not).
