no subs on samsung ue40ju7000

Hi all,
this new tizen tv don't want to play subtitles
I have to play movie with subtitles if i put movie on usb flash and convert srt file to unicode, and if play mkv with subs inside, no other options
my old samsung ue32f6510 play with same config without problems ?
If there will be found way to play subtitles on this TV or to sell this stupid "hi" series uhd tv ?
