Every file attempt to transcode with ffmpeg which does not work. Have to use 5.1.0. Assumed this would have been patched by now so tried the latest version today but still no luck.

UMS works OK for me on my H6400, but w/o logs is difficult to guess what may be happening on your setup. Try providing more info as in viewtopic.php?f=3&t=556
