Bravia KDL40EX710

Hello,
I would like to have some help with Universal Media Server.
I downloaded it, installed it and run it on my laptop because i want to listen to 24 bit 96000 khz FLAC music on the background.
UMS recognizes my Sony Bravia KDL40EX710 HDTV but when i reach the music dedicated partition, after opening a few folders, it says on my TV "there are no items to display".
Worst, when i run a flac music, it makes a very horrible loud noise, like a "grrrrrzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzksssssssssssssssssssssssssssshhhhhhh" parasitic-like sound.
Can you help me fix these problems?
