OPPO BDP-83SE, mkv and dts-hd ma

I have UMS 5.2.1 (java 8) successfully serving mkv files with dts 5.1 audio to my OPPO BDP-83SE.
However, for any mkv files that contain dts-hd master audio, the OPPO BDP-83SE locks up.
If I take the mkv and remux to a new mkv, extracting the dts core audio from the dts-hd master audio, I can successfully serve this file to the OPPO BDP-83SE.
Is there any way I can configure UMS to send the dts core audio (if the audio track is dts-hd master audio), when serving the OPPO BDP-83SE?
