(subtitles)800288E1 error message with 5.2.2 build

I had a problem with the new build (5.2.2) that I can't play some mkv files with subtitles on my ps3. The error msg is 800288E1.
I used google and I found out this is a really old problem and no one could find a solution for that.
The previous release(5.2.1) is fine I have no problem with that I just wanted to pay attention and help for those who might has the same problem.
I'm using windows 10 10240
