Few Videos Have Only Sound, No Picture

Firstly, I'd like to say thanks for your work on this project. I really enjoy it and it makes our life much easier. We tried other media server's before we found this one, and it is the simplest and versatile one we found.
However, there are a few videos that play with only sound, and no picture. In the folder it has a picture of the title card as usual. Even the resume button has the correct picture, but when playing, nothing is displayed. It works fine on VLC player directly on our computer.
