Hello.

I have some improvements over the distributed LG LM660 renderer.

I've corrected the default audio transcoding mode (it needs to be wav, not raw PCM), and added correct support for .m4a (the mime type was not correct).
I've also added support for MPEG4 in avi.

Bumping this up, since it is still not in master. (not even in 6.0)
