Lagging when streaming TV shows from laptop to Sony Bravia KDL‑40W600B

Hello, I have a Sony Bravia KDL‑40W600B TV and I can stream movies from my laptop to it no problems but it seems that when i try to stream the TV show Yu-gi-oh (they are MKVs) they will play fine untill about the 4-8 minute marker then lag and skip. I pause it let it buffer a bit it plays but then either lags and skips again shortly after or the audio goes out of sync.

What is the codec being used?
Can you post info about the file?
If this is Anime and it is using H10P (aka 10 bit colour)? If so then yep most of those will have issues when transcoding as they require considerable processing power. Bumping a post every 2 hours will not get things solved any quicker either.

Sorry bout the bump didn't mean it to be pushy or anything. On as side note too i was able to play all of season 1 and most of season 2 with no issues but season 3 has been almost all but watchable
