Windows 10 Threshold 2 Update - Folders showing empty

It *SEEMS* like folder depth is broken now since this Windows 10 update. This is running on the last UMS version 5.3.0 If I go into 2 folders, any subsequent subfolders show as empty. If I put the specific folder in as a shared folder in share settings, I can reach the files I want to play.
For example:
I set D:\ as a shared folder. I can go into D:\torrents\ and the torrents folder now shows empty.
If I set D:\torrents\ as a shared folder, I can see all of my videos within the folder.
The logs don't show anything wrong as UMS thinks and sees everything as working normally so I don't see a need to include any log files.
