Hello,

I used to open Ums without issues and have it being seen by my Ps4 without a glitch, but this for some reason it doesn't happend anylonger.
From couple of weeks (without specific programs or updates made on my pc) Ums is not visible anylonger on the Ps4, i have tried from another comp and it works, but i can't honestly understand what as happend to have Ums to stop working totally.

Except for a little bit strange restart that's captured in the log, I see nothing unusual. UMS can't see any devices.

This is almost always due to firewalls or anti virus software blocking access. Please turn off all firewalls and anti virus software and try again.
