I'm using UMS with my Samsung TV with a mkv file that needs transcoding but the file is "cannot be played". why UMS don't transcode the file ?

How can we know? It's anyones guess as long as you don't follow the problem reporting guidlines.

Is it a 2015 Model? If so.. nobody knows.
