Need clarification regarding lossless HD Audio formats such as Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD MA, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X

Hey there,
I've been a long time user of PMS and although that has worked for me well, I'm looking to see if UMS can do things better and by how much; especially regarding HD audio formats in movies.I've read just about every single thread regarding this in existence and am still confused so I'll try and explain it in a simple manner within a few questions.
Can I bitstream Dolby TrueHD 7.1 Audio as is to my receiver without resorting to LPCM audio (I only get 5.1 this way and have never gotten TrueHD yet). If so which option should I check under settings?
I have learned you can't bitstream DTS-HD MA because of lack of support and the best possible is DTS core 5.1 (lossy). BUT, can you get LPCM 7.1 (lossless) from a DTS-HD MA stream by re-encoding somehow? If so which audio option should be checked out of the four in UMS transcoding settings?
Will there be any Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support?
Lastly what audio settings should be set on the PS3 itself. Bitstream/LPCM under video settings and all audio settings in HDMI output? How do those impact a streaming source?
---
The best I've achieved is LPCM 5.1 as read on the PS3 and Multi CH in 5.1 PCM on the receiver. (I only have "use LPCM for audio" checked out of the 4 checkmarks in audio settings) and this never gets me 7.1, only 5.1 for some reason.
I use HDMI and my receiver is the most recent (only released a few months ago) Denon AVR-X1200W and supports everything out of the box including Atmos and DTS:X with an update. So there are no bottlenecks aside from the UMS/PMS.
Thank you for the help!
Sorry for the long post.
