Blank screen and then drops connection from UMS

Hello, I just discovered UMS after rebuilding my Win7 x64 SP1 system. Very nice overhaul however I am having issues which I hope you can help me with.
I installed the latest 32 bit Java. Then I installed UMS 2.3.0. with the Avisynth as recommended. UMF.conf is as per install.
I start up UMS fine and can see my renderer pop up in the application's status tab (Green Tick). When I go to my TV I can now see two DNLA connections. One is the UMS and the other is my PC name. If I click the PC name it errors straight away.
I have turned off AV and firewall.
I've used both default and Samsung Wiselink renderers. No different, still fails.
My issue is I can connect and navigate the PC's directory tree, however when I select a movie to play it says "Preparing to play...." but then nothing appears and the TV turns off and starts again. Thus drops the connection to UMS.
UMS says it's serving the movie.
Here is the debug log for one cycle. Start UMS, connect from TV, select movie.avi, failure, TV restart. Please let me know if I can provide any more you require.

Just some additional info. I noticed the D:\Windows.iso entries, so I removed the ISO. Not sure why it's trying to process an ISO by the looks.
Also why is it assigning a 169. IP address to the TV? (Renderer Samsung WiseLink found on this address: 169.254.254.26)

It probably means that the avi file has some setting that the TV doesn't like. You can try playing it from the transcode folder and selecting an engine like FFmpeg or MEncoder

Hi SubJunk, thanks for responding so fast.
The .avi files have played previously on the TV via PS3 Media Server. I'll try again but I think I've tried running from the transcode folder already, but will try again and report.
I've also tried a number of different video files and extensions. All have the same issue. Not displaying.
Let you know how the tests go.
Cheers.

Hi SubJunk,
I tried all versions in the Transcode directory and none of them worked.
Really has me scratching my head.

Can you see anything obvious in my debug attachment?

I think you should try two things:

EUREKA!
Well we live and learn. I uninstalled Comodo Internet Security Suite and now I'm streaming fine.
So:
Having the programme loaded but AV, HIPS, Firewall disabled still stopped streaming.
Having the programme completely off. That is exited and no processes running still stopped streaming.
No I notice a heap of interfaces in the UMS Network Settings (Advanced) section. Even now I hve one named "Intel Pro/100 Server Adaptor-WFD Lightweight Filter-0000" and I'm not even sure what this is. Anyone?
I did force the interface to the plain "Intel Pro/100 Server Adaptor on 192.168.1.10" without success. Be interested as to why this failed in the first place.
Thanks team.

How many firewalls do you have running? Were you using Windows firewall as well as a router with a firewall enabled?

Hi, I disable the Windows 7 Firewall and install Comodo CIS which gives me FW/AV and a few other things I turn off. Then this all sits behind a router running Gargoyle.
It just amazes me that unloading the CIS wasn't enough to let UMS stream. It also doesn't make sense to me that I could see the server but not play videos. I tried MP3s and they worked but not faultlessly.
I installed PMS Encoder and Sharky's v4 pack as you suggested.
