Help, UMS has lost renders in transscode

Recently updated UMS and I can no longer select FFmpeg or MEncoder under transcode options for mkv or avi files. The only option I have is tsMuxer. I have uninstalled UMS and reinstalled but still not change. Any idea what is going on?

Did they get disabled in UMS? Have you tried a clean install? Or just a re-install?

If you're on OS X and downloaded 5.5.0 or 6.0.0 beta2, there's an error with these builds. Please downgrade to 5.4.0 for now.

I'm running version 5.5.0 on Windows 7 64-bit

Screenshot of the encoders showing them enabled:

So I uninstalled 5.5, clean installed 5.4, and I'm still getting the same issue.

Some background, I was playing around with the Transcode settings and disabled FFmpeg and Mencoder by toggling the enable switch by clicking on the gear icon in the transcode settings. I re-enabled, but maybe there is a bug where UMS is not registering the re-enable?

I'm also seeing this in the log:

08:23:06 INFO Media renderer was not recognized. Possible identifying HTTP headers:User-Agent: UPnP/1.0 DLNADOC/1.50, X-AV-Physical-Unit-Info: pa="BRAVIA MN";, X-AV-Client-Info: av=5.0; cn="Sony Corporation"; mn="BRAVIA MN"; mv="1.7";

There's no reason to downgrade to 5.4.0 if you're on Windows. It seems like you'll need to submit debug files as described in red above.
