Computer crashed earlier today while i was streaming a file and ever since I've been getting error 2114 on my ps3. The ps3 can still find the server fine and it connects but when i try to open the file containing the videos i get the error.

It seems to me that there are some problems with a file permissions and that's why a Resume doesn't work. Try to make a clean UMS install with the administrator privilege.
