Updated LG WebOS / SmartShare renderer configuration

I've updated the LG WebOS / SmartShare renderer configuration file.
This enables seeking and tends to make everything quite a bit faster as it supports quite a variety of encoders. The supported encoder information was taken directly from the SmartShare documentation offered by LG.
