Ive always used UMS fine as a DLNA server to my TV and my Audio Receiver, only now after not using it for some time I come to find it won't show up on any devices any more. Ive checked windows firewall and disabled it and it still won't show. Is there ports that I need to forward in my router or something?

Ive tried re-installing with a clean install too and it still wont work

You should create a post in help and support following their guidelines for creating a trace log to help with support.
