WEB server help

Hello.
How do i setup UMS for access for the web? I'd like to watch movies from my Mac via my iPhone over the cellular connection remotely. I'm using PlayerXtreme on my iPhone and don't know what to enter when i try to add a server.
Any help would be appreciated
