One Server, Two different networks, Possible?

Firstly I want to start by saying I know the whole two networks set up is just stupid and ridiculous for one house. Living with family still though and they weren't willing to pay the extra to upgrade to fibre broadband so I did it myself. Hence one router from one ISP upstairs and one router with the other ISP downstairs. Comes in handy if one ever goes down but still a very stupid situation but with one giving downloads speeds of 1.5mb while the other has 200mb it seemed worth it to me. Everything downstairs is linked up through ethernet to the downstairs router and everything upstairs is linked to the upstairs router. However I have one server upstairs which has two ethernet ports on allowing me to connect it to both routers. Everything works fine for back ups, and sharing an Itunes Library to the computers. But I cannot get UMS to work with both networks it either uses the primary network on the server or I can force it to use the other by changing the network device in the general config. Is it even possible for it two work over the different networks? or is there a way to have two instances of UMS running at the same time with each using the different ethernet port? First time using UMS so still abit of a noob at setting it all up unfortunately, I'm running windows 10 x64 on the server if this helps at all? The only way I see possible of making this work right now is by running a virtual machine to run the two instances of UMS at the same time. I would prefer not to do this but if its the only way to make this work then I guess I'll have to but figured I would come here first to see if anyone has any advice/solutions for this problem, Thank you in advance to anyone who attempts to help!
