I've spent at least 20 minutes looking for how to change the buffer size (transcode) from 768 (default) to something else, also java heap size. Is there a sticky I'm missing that has this info specific to Universal Media Server?

If you (re)install UMS it asks for it or it can be found in registry or you can define it in UMS.bat file.

On my machine it's located here: Using the search function in regedit.exe i found it by "HeapMem"
