[Updated with Log]Server Discovery & Buffering Problem.

I've very new to UMS so it may be I just don't know what I'm doing. But I've noticed two things that I cant seem to fix no matter what I do.

First, when the server is on it displays on all my DLNA devices like its supposed to, which is good. In my case, on my iPhone, using VLC and Mobile VR Station (for SBS conversion). But if the server is already running when use either app and I click on the server to view the directories its empty, always. Now I've found a work-a-round. If I leave the app open waiting to discover the server, then I turn the server on, if I open it as soon as it shows up then I can see the directories just fine. The web interface always works, so I know its a streaming through DLNA issue. But considering no one has posted about this besides me, I'd assume I'm doing something wrong.

Second, if I play a long video, hour plus, when it first starts I can see the buffer bar moving about six times faster then my play speed for about two seconds. After that it slows down so much I catch up faster then it buffers and the video stops. Now you'd think that is my network being to slow. But I've used Plex and Serviio before and they all load my videos about six times faster then my play speed all the way though. Not just the two seconds, so they work fine.

My network consists of CAT 6A cabling between my computer (also the UMS Server) and my WiFi router, which is AC1200. I stream the videos from my PC to my iPhone 6S Plus via one of the apps I mentioned above. Since I'm on the local network I don't think my ISP speed is a factor. But if it is, I use Cox and I get on average between 320 Mbps to 400 Mbps down, and 30 Mbps to 50 Mbps up on my PC. On my iPhone I pretty much always get 150 Mbps down, and 30 Mbps up. Again, Plex and Serviio didn't have either of these issues I talked about above. But I love UMS and the community behind it, so I would like to make it work for me. If anyone can help with these issues I'd appreciate it greatly.

Thanks, Derek R.
