Cannot Detect Renderer

well my media server was working fine up until last night but now it just wont detect my PS3 as a renderer, i have been searching through a bunch of posts with my same issue with no success so figured it was bout time to post
OS: Win7 Ultimate SP1 64 Bit
Here's the TRACE logs (they are from a clean install)

Hi judess69er, is UMS on the same network as the PS3? Did you do a Java update, PS3 update, changed the network in any way?

you see this is the strange part i didn't change anything i just went out for half the day and when i got back later that night it just wouldn't find my PS3 as the renderer and it hasn't worked since
my UMS and my PS3 run on the same internet connection if that's what you mean by (is UMS on the same network as the PS3?)
and my Java is Currently Version 8 Update 92 (Build 1.8.0_92-b14)
