No Fast Forward or Rewind

Greetings,
I've been a long time user of PS3 media server but recently I've found out about UMS so I decided to try it. I really love the work and improvements from PS3 MS, however one thing is bugging me and I can't find the solution.
On PS3 MS I could FF or rewind almost any video while here it just does not work or it works partially. By that I mean that I can't see the time position of the movie nor I can't see the video. What PS3 does it shows stills from the movie every second or so, so one can navigate to the location easier.
Details:
PC (i5, 8GB, Radeon 7870) with UMS 6.4.0
TV Panasonic Viera TX-P42V20E
Debug log is attached, if needed.
Any ideas/comments are most welcome. I've spent couple of hours playing with the settings but to no avail.
