UMS won't let my PC Sleep.

OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
Java: version 8 update 92
Problem: PC will not sleep if UMS is running. Tried unchecking 'HTTP Engine V2' and 'Prevent Windows from sleeping while streaming' and it still won't sleep. Only solution is to quit UMS entirely for it to sleep.
